If you’re a fan of the Ibiza era of clubbing and tunes, this is a great watch. Maxi Jazz’s guest appearance in a suit jacket emblazoned with Heath Ledger’s Joker is also brilliant.

Sorry To Bother You
You might know Lakeith Stanfield from Donald Glover’s acclaimed series Atlanta. He’s starring in Sorry To Bother You, due this summer, and it looks absolutely bonkers. I’m on board.
My cousins introduced me to Damien Dempsey‘s pre-Christmas gigs in 2015 and I was lucky enough to be at back to back nights this past Christmas. He’s an incredible performer and the video above gives a taste of how electric Dublin’s best venue was on the night. Unreal.
Heartbreak
Back in September, as part of Dublin Fringe, I saw THISISPOPBABY‘s RIOT. A crazy mix of wild theatre, banging tunes, slapstick comedy and circus. In amongst it was Heartbreak. A spoken word piece by Emmett Kirwan that gave me goosebumps. Addressing the lack of bodily autonomy for women in Ireland, it was an electrifying piece. I left wondering if he’d film it for a wider audience but thought it was part of a whole so they may not want to do that. Months later and it’s been given a stunning video by director Dave Tynan with performances by Jordanne Jones & Deirdre Molloy. Watch.
Find My Phone
Fascinating short film on phone theft:
After my phone got stolen, I quickly realised just how much of my personal information and data the thief had instantly obtained. So, I let another phone get stolen. This time my phone was pre-programmed with spyware so I could keep tabs on the thief in order to get to know him. However, to what extent is it possible to truly get to know someone by going through the content of their phone?
