Which song am I referring to? Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing”. It’s become the go-to song for DJs across Ireland over the past six months and I’m sick of it. Can they not find another retro song to latch on to? It was played three times in the space of a few hours on Saturday night in the local late bar. I enjoyed when it first re-appeared on the airwaves but it’s getting a bit ridiculous now.

Really enjoyed the gig last night. Editors are one of my favourite bands, this being the fourth time I’ve seen them live. Thankfully it wasn’t too full when we arrived at 9 and we were quite close to the front. The doors had opened at 7.30 but I met the lads for a few pints beforehand in the Foggy Dew. Afterwards we popped in to The Turks Head and then got the early nitelink (almost missed it as Dave couldn’t find his coat). Off work today but going to football later on.
