My new monitor

I forgot to mention it last week but I ordered a Samsung Syncmaster 930BF from Komplett to replace my old 15″ CRT that I’ve had since 1999. The old one was grand but I decided to take the plunge and splash out on a 19″ LCD. It arrived on Thursday but I didn’t really get a chance to play around with it until today and I’m tremendously happy with it. One of the things you have to worry about with LCDs is the possibility of dead pixels but thankfully there were none. The image itself is crisp and there are two programs that allow you to tweak the brightness and contrast for different uses (ie. movies, web browsing etc).
