Tonight I’m preparing 3 laptops that my uncle is taking to Africa on part of his trip with the Niall Mellon Township Challenge. Basically builders and associated craftsmen get sponsorship together and travel to townships in South Africa to build houses for the people there. My uncle normally brings anything he can source so this time he decided it would be laptops. He has secured 5 in all, 3 of which I have tonight and the other 2 I’ll work on tomorrow. The laptops will go to a school and also a football club so they can manage teams etc.

good idea some of the older laptops would be heavier and more durable than traditional building resources, and cheaper too.
They are versatile tools alright. 🙂
