Musical Meme

Total volume of music files on my computer: 24.2Gb. Man, I didn’t think I had that much music!

The last CD I bought was: Ocean’s 12 OST. I believe the film is pretty bad but the music is excellent and was put together by David Holmes.

Song playing right now: “Feel Good Inc” by Gorillaz. Like the way it fuses a couple of different styles together. Must pick up their album.

Five songs I listen to a lot, or that mean a lot to me:

1. Acker Bilk – Stranger on the Shore: It was one of my uncle’s favourite songs until he died. Always reminds me of him.
2. The Beach Boys – God Only Knows: One of the best pop songs in history.
3. The Eagles – Desperado: Fantastic tune and one which I’ll probably never forget.
4. John Mayer – St. Patrick’s Day: Big fan of John Mayer’s songs and this is one of the best.
5. Coldplay – Parachutes: The title track from their debut album is just 46 seconds long but strikes a note with me every time I hear it.
