As you can see on the left, you can customise the latest version of WMP with skins, much the same as Winamp. It also supports Active Streaming Format files which are similiar to RealAudio files but provide slightly better compression rates. Support for portable devices and also advanced playlist features makes this one of the best audio players out there.
